Review – Cult of the Lamb

Matt Clarke

March 8, 2026

I recently played through Cult of the Lamb, a satirical take on the concept of running a demonic cult. It turns horrific things like sacrificial rituals, cannibalism and straight up gaslighting abuse into hilarious amusements by filtering everything through its cartoonish lens. You are a sheep, after all, and all your followers are sycophantic anthropomorphic […]

Assassins Creed Brotherhood is finally available to pre-order for PC, with the confirmed release date of March 18th. So if like me (to be honest I think I’m the only one) you’ve been patiently waiting for the PC release, it’s time to rejoice! I tamed my first wolf the other day. Since 1.6 of the Minecraft beta was released, there’s been lots of cool new features, but by far the best addition is the packs of wolves that now roam the countryside. Now I can live the dream of exploring a new world with a canine companion. Its just like that film Cast Away, only with a dog instead of a football.

Review – Crysis 2

Matt Clarke

March 27, 2011

The sequel to what is widely regarded as the best-looking-game-ever-made had a lot to live up to, only this time it isn’t a PC graphics card melting exclusive – its out on the consoles this time around as well. I have played through the entire singleplayer campaign on PC over the last couple of nights and have gathered my thoughts in this here review. Abandoning the tropical island setting for a version of New York city that’s being violently ripped apart by an alien invasion, Crysis 2 seems to be very different to its predacessor. But is it any good? Read on to find out…
